An accepted instant offer is a price we hold for 21 days. Ship inside that window using the prepaid label we email you — it's insured and costs you nothing.

When your Mac arrives we inspect it against what you told us. If it matches, you get paid the offer, in full, by the method you picked. If it doesn't, we send a revised offer and you decide: accept it, or have the Mac shipped back to you free of charge. We never keep a Mac you haven't agreed to sell.

Changed your mind before shipping? Nothing happens — just don't use the label, and the deal expires on its own. You can also cancel from your offer status page.
